Coolenator Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Coolenator Affiliate Program. By enrolling, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Introduction

By joining the Coolenator Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement and have the authority to enter into it.

2. Affiliate Registration Requirements

• Application Review: All affiliate applications undergo a manual review process. We will notify you via email regarding the outcome within 3 business days.

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and complete information during registration.

• Eligibility Criteria: We reserve the right to reject applications from websites or businesses that:

  • Promote illegal activities.
  • Contain offensive or inappropriate content.
  • Misrepresent our brand or products.
  • Are deemed unsuitable for our affiliate program for any reason.

3. Affiliate Commission Rates and Payments

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn commission on the net sale amount of each purchase made through their referral link.

• Cookie Duration: Our program utilizes a 30-day cookie period. Purchases made within this timeframe after a referral link click are eligible for commissions.

• Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions are not paid on refunded or charged-back purchases.

• Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum payout amount is 50 euros.

• Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly, between the beginning and the end of each month, for the previous month’s commissions.

• Payment Methods: Commissions are paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

• Tax Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for complying with their local tax laws regarding the income earned through our program.

4. Permitted and Restricted Promotional Methods

• Permitted Methods:

  • Sharing your affiliate link on your website, blog, or social media platforms.
  • Creating and sharing original content that promotes Coolenator products.

• Restricted Methods:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails.
  • Misrepresenting Coolenator products or services.
  • Using paid advertising to promote your affiliate link without prior approval.
  • Posting affiliate links on coupon or deal websites.

Engaging in restricted promotional methods may result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

5. Affiliate Account Termination

• By Coolenator: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of this agreement or any reason we deem appropriate.

• By Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by notifying us via email.

6. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Coolenator reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation in the Coolenator Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Coolenator.
