Shipping & Delivery
- You will receive confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order.
- Orders are shipped within 1 working day if ordered before 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Personalised Orders may take 1 extra business day during busy periods.
- PostNL handles the delivery of your order.
- If your order is placed after 5pm or on a non-business day (weekend or public holiday), your dispatch window will be the next business day.
- Delivery Times may vary on Friday evenings, and during holiday periods.
- Orders delivered to countries outside the Netherlands take up to 3-5 working days after you place your order. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
- If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Returns & Replacements
- You can return all items within 14 days.
- Please follow our rules for returning so we can help you as well as we can.
- We offer refunds but regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatched from Coolenator.
- All personalised products can not be returned.
