My order was damaged or incomplete, what now?

My order is not as I hoped, what should I do?

It's a shame it is not as expected. Because we are just as fed up with this as you are, we would like to solve this for you. Send us a photo of the order that you have received by email. We will assess this and then we will look for a suitable solution together.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We offer free returns in the Netherlands within 14 days after the purchase. Please contact customer service to process the return. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Returns outside the Netherlands are accepted, the standard postage fee will apply.

Can I exchange or return my personalised order?

Non-personalized products can be exchanged. Please contact customer service for this. Because personalized products are made especially for you, it is not possible to return them. Are you not satisfied with the gift? Please contact customer service. Then we look together how we can solve this.

We treat all images and photos that you use when making a personalized order with the utmost care. We only use them for making the order and never share your photos with third parties. After your order has been delivered, all images for this will be removed.
