Returns & Replacements

• You can return all non-personalised items within 14 days.
• Please follow our rules for returns so we can assist you as efficiently as we can.
• We offer refunds, but regret we are unable to refund postage charges for the dispatch or return of items.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items believed to have been worn or damaged since their dispatch from Coolenator.
• Unfortunately, all personalised products can not be returned.
