Shipping & Delivery

• You will receive email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
• Orders are shipped within one working day if ordered before 17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Personalised orders may take one extra business day during busy periods.
• If your order is placed after 15:00 or on a non-business day, including weekends or public holidays, your dispatch window will be the next business day.
• Delivery times may vary on Friday evenings or during holiday periods.
• Orders delivered to countries outside the Netherlands take up to three to five working days after you place your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. As a result, separate shipping fees will apply to each order.
• Your order will be delivered by PostNL. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra, with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Please contact us before placing the order to arrange this.
