Using your Coolenator
How does the freezer bullet work?
Freeze the reusable bullet, place it inside your Coolenator and add your chilled bottle. The bullet supplies the cold while the insulated body helps keep it in. See how it works.
How long should I freeze the bullet?
For Classic, Tall and Turbo, allow approximately 9 hours in a freezer at −18°C. Freezing time depends on the freezer and how fully the bullet has frozen. Store it in the freezer between uses so it is ready for next time.
Should my bottle already be chilled?
Start with a chilled bottle for the best experience. Cooling performance depends on the starting temperature, room temperature, model and how fully the bullet is frozen.
How long will it keep my drink cool?
Conditions make a difference, so a single duration does not describe every situation. Visit our cooling tests to see the readings and test setup.
Choosing a model
What is the difference between Classic, Tall and Turbo?
Classic has a shorter body and one freezer bullet. Tall has a taller body and one bullet. Turbo has space for two bullets in a body similar in height to Tall. Compare the models for dimensions and bottle fit.
Will my bottle fit?
Check the widest part of your bottle against the product’s internal diameter. Classic, Tall and Turbo list a 9.5 cm internal diameter. Bottle shapes vary, so check the product dimensions before ordering.
Are there Coolenators for beer and wine glasses?
Yes. Explore the Beer collection for cans, or the Glass collection for enjoying wine by the glass. Check the individual product for compatibility and what is included.
Care & personalisation
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Classic, Tall and Turbo are hand-wash only. Clean gently with warm soapy water or a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Follow any care instructions supplied with your particular model.
Can I reuse the bullet?
Yes. Return the bullet to the freezer after use and let it freeze fully before using it again.

Can I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.
Where can I find shipping costs and delivery times?
See our shipping information and shipping policy. Final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout.
How do I request a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. The current refund policy lists a 14-day return period for non-personalised items. Personalised items have different conditions. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We cannot change an address once the parcel has been dispatched.
