Will it really keep wine cold for 6 hours?

Yes. We tested it with a calibrated probe in a 750ml bottle starting at 8°C. After 6 hours at room temperature, the wine was still chilled to serving temperature. Results vary slightly depending on room temp and how often you pour.

How long does personalisation take to make?

2–3 working days. Every Coolenator is personalised by hand in the Netherlands. Once it's ready, we ship it straight to you.

Can I upload a photo, not just text?

Absolutely. The editor supports photos, collages, and custom designs. Upload your image, adjust the layout, and preview it before you order.

What if I want to order a sample first?

For individuals, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee-just try it. For corporate or bulk orders (5+ visit our b2b website (link in footer) we can arrange a paid sample, and the cost will be credited against your final order.

Does it fit champagne and prosecco too?

Yes, it fits all standard 750ml bottles up to 10cm in diameter - wine, champagne, prosecco, cava.

Can I clean it?

Hand wash only. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Don't put it in the dishwasher - the heat can damage the insulation inside.
