How long does the Classic Coolenator keep my wine cold?
In our calibrated lab test, a 750ml bottle stayed below 8°C for a full 6 hours at room temperature (20–22°C), reaching as low as ~1°C after about 2 hours.
Real-world conditions can vary based on starting bottle temperature, ambient temperature, and how often the bottle is removed.
How long does the freezer bullet take to freeze?
Approximately 9 hours in a standard household freezer at –18°C. We recommend keeping the bullet in your freezer permanently so it's always ready to use - many customers buy an extra bullet so they always have one waiting.
Which bottles fit inside?
The Classic Coolenator fits standard 750ml wine, champagne, and prosecco bottles up to 10cm in diameter, as well as most carafes. For taller bottles with extended necks check out our tall version.
Does it sweat or leave water rings on the table?
No. The insulated construction means the outside stays at room temperature, even when the inside is freezing cold. No condensation, no water rings, no soggy coasters.
Can it leak in my freezer?
No. The freezer bullet is sealed with the cooling liquid inside. You can store it in any orientation in your freezer without worrying about leaks.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing the Coolenator and freezer bullet with warm soapy water. Do not place in dishwasher due to the insulating interior.
Do I need to add ice?
No - that's the whole point. The frozen bullet does all the cooling work. No ice, no melting, no water mess.
Can I use it for beer or other drinks?

How long does shipping take?
